Preston's room had already been painted with vignettes of Plants, birds and some
childish figures he had outgrown. He loved the book of extraordinary paintings by Schim Schimmel,
and this window scene is an adaptation of one of those paintings. The third photo is a close up
of the ledge of the window with a couple of 'necklaces' that belong to Preston.
(note: I don't like to copy a contemporary artist's work and did try to contact Mr. Schimmel and was
told by a close friend of his that he was out of the country and unreachable. )
